Liu Bo, born in December 1980, earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2003, and a master's degree in Power System Automation from Zhejiang University in 2006. He currently serves as the CEO and General Director of the Product Center at Xizhi Technology.

As the founder of Xizhi Technology, Liu Bo is fully responsible for the company's strategy and operations. He has successfully secured orders from multiple domestic and international mainstream OEM automotive-grade products, achieving internationally leading development of products such as silicon carbide power modules.

Prior to founding Xizhi Technology, he served as the Special Assistant to the Chairman of Zhejiang Fute Technology Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2021, successfully driving the company's financing and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. From 2010 to 2014, he held positions at BOCI Securities Co., Ltd., including Executive President, Deputy Director of the Research Institute, and Chief Analyst. From 2003 to 2010, he served as the Product Manager for the Smart Grid Business Unit at Zhiguang Electric.

Tan Yingying, born in February 1982, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Engineering (Electronic Energy) from the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, Germany in 2006. She currently serves as the General Manager of the Business Center at Xizhi Technology.

Tan Yingying joined Xizhi Technology in 2025 and is fully responsible for the company's global market strategy, business development, and customer satisfaction system management. Prior to joining Xizhi Technology, Tan Yingying had 19 years of experience in the automotive components industry. From 2009 to 2025, she served as Deputy General Manager at Desifuge Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., and from 2006 to 2008, she worked as a Senior Purchasing Specialist at Huachen BMW Automotive Co., Ltd.

Guo Yongjia, born in November 1977, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing from Jiangnan University in 2000, and later received an MBA from Jiangnan University in 2015. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Delivery Center at Xizhi Technology.
Guo Yongjia joined Xizhi Technology in 2025 and is fully responsible for the delivery management of products, quality, and procurement.
Before joining Xizhi Technology, he had over twenty years of experience in the automotive parts industry. From 2001 to 2025, he served successively as Supply Chain Management Department Manager for Bosch's Automotive Business Unit, Asia Pacific Regional Procurement Quality and Technology Director, and Senior Quality Director at the Suzhou plant.

Zheng Donghui, born in April 1970, obtained a bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Henan University of Economics and Law in 2004, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Fudan University in 2011. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Efficiency Center at Xizhi Technology.
Zheng Donghui joined Xizhi Technology in January 2022, taking full responsibility for the company's financial, legal, and human resources management.
Prior to joining Xizhi Technology, he had extensive experience in areas such as financial system construction, shared center operations, compliance auditing, comprehensive budget management, and IPO. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the Financial Controller at Weikun Intelligent Technology. From 1991 to 2017, he held positions at Xuji Group Co., Ltd. as the Legal Affairs Lead, Audit Lead, and Head of the Financial Shared Center.

Wang Tao, born in August 1983, obtained a master's degree in Chemical Process Machinery from Tianjin University in 2006, was publicly funded to study at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 2007 to 2010, and obtained a doctoral degree in Chemical Process Machinery from Tianjin University in 2010. He currently serves as the Product Center Vehicle Electric Drive Product Line Solution Director at Wis Technology.

Wang Tao joined Wis Technology in September 2021, and has successively been responsible for the management of the automotive international business line and product development work, with a focus on the product platform definition and development strategy of the electric drive SiC power module. He has applied for over 20 invention patents and successfully secured multiple project nominations.

Before joining Wis Technology, he had extensive experience in power module development and market, serving as a senior researcher, senior researcher, and deputy R&D manager at Delta Electronics from 2012 to 2021.

Zeng Ke, born in October 1981, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2003. He currently serves as the Product Center Vehicle Electric Drive Product Line Engineering Director and Manufacturing Center Manufacturing Quality Line Director at Xizhi Technology.
Zeng Ke joined Xizhi Technology in February 2022, taking full responsibility for quality management and operations. He led the establishment of the company's quality system and passed relevant system audits as well as domestic and international top OEM access audits.
Before joining Xizhi Technology, from 2019 to 2022, he served as Quality Department Manager at Lear Automotive Systems (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd.; from 2010 to 2019, he held positions as Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, and Department Manager at Ansenmeili; from 2008 to 2010, he worked as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at P&S Sound Solutions.

Hui Rong, born in July 1979, obtained a master's degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Yangzhou University in 2004. He currently serves as the Engineering Director of the Vehicle Power Supply Product Line at the Product Center of Xizhi Technology.
Hui Rong joined Xizhi Technology in February 2023 and is fully responsible for the product development process as well as power supply engineering development work.
Before joining Xizhi Technology, Hui Rong worked at Ansem for 14 years, holding positions such as Packaging Development Engineer, Development Quality Supervisor, Global Supplier Quality Manager, and Quality Department Manager.

Shao Hongguang, born in February 1978, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Systems and Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2001. He currently serves as the Chip Engineering Director of the Product Center at Xizhi Technology.
Shao Hongguang joined Xizhi Technology in 2025, focusing on chip engineering business and VAVE work.
Prior to joining Xizhi Technology, Shao Hongguang had over 24 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor manufacturing field. He held key positions such as Senior Process Manager, Quality Director, and Project Director in renowned semiconductor companies including SMIC, Hua Hong Semiconductor, and Dingtai Jiangxin, deeply involved in the full quality management and system construction of automotive-grade wafer fabs.

Lu Kai, born in September 1983, obtained a master's degree in Microelectronics Packaging Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008, and currently serves as the General Manager of the Technology Center at Xizhi Technology.
Lu Kai joined Xizhi Technology in October 2021, has applied for more than 20 invention patents, and led the technical development of key products such as APM5. He has successively been responsible for the management of technical development, procurement, and domestic automotive business lines.
Before joining Xizhi Technology, Lu Kai worked as a R&D engineer at China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No. 58 Research Institute from 2008 to 2010; as a researcher at Samsung Semiconductor from 2010 to 2013; and as an Associate R&D Manager at Delta Electronics from 2013 to 2021, responsible for cutting-edge projects such as GaN encapsulation modules and GPU power supply modules, with a total of more than 40 domestic and international invention patents.

Ye Yiqing, born in October 1980, obtained a bachelor's degree in Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2002, and a master's degree in Power Electronics and Electric Drives from the same university in 2005. He currently serves as the Product Center Vehicle Power Solution Director and Technology Center High-Frequency Technology Line Director at Xizhi Technology.
Ye Yiqing joined Xizhi Technology in February 2022, fully responsible for the development and technical research of vehicle high-frequency power module products, and has applied for 16 domestic and international invention patents.
Before joining Xizhi Technology, Ye Yiqing worked at Delta Electronics from 2005, holding positions including Senior Engineer, Senior Staff Engineer, Deputy Manager of R&D, and Senior Deputy Manager of R&D. He has applied for over 60 domestic and international invention patents in total, and was awarded Delta Group's Individual Patent Award. He led the development of multiple server power supplies, communication power supplies, and high-frequency power module products, possessing industry-leading solution innovation capabilities in the field of high-efficiency, high-power-density power products.

Yong Suk KWON, born in May 1964, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and Semiconductors from Inha University, South Korea in 1989, and later earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. He currently serves as the Chief Manufacturing Officer at the Manufacturing Center of Siyi Technology.
Yong Suk KWON joined Siyi Technology in 2025, taking full responsibility for the overall management of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing production, manufacturing quality, and manufacturing information.
Prior to joining Siyi Technology, Yong Suk KWON had over 35 years of experience at top global semiconductor companies. From 1999 to 2018, he served as General Manager and Senior Director at Fairchild Semiconductor / ON Semiconductor; from 2018 to 2023, he worked at STMicroelectronics, holding positions as Group Deputy President and Senior Vice President & General Manager; and from 2024 to 2025, he served as Group Deputy President at AOSL. He possesses extensive global perspective and outstanding manufacturing system experience.
